South Fork Design helps you create the ideal home for your family and their needs. Whether by customizing one of our existing house plans or shaping your vision into a custom design, we’ll help with each step to ensure you end up with the home of your dreams. Our staff has combined construction experience of over 60 years. Using the latest and greatest in 3D rendering technology, we can generate digital walkthroughs of your home long before even the foundation is poured. With South Fork Design, you don’t have to worry about finding a structural engineer to review and engineer your plans. We provide engineering services ourselves, and include it in the overall design price. Throughout the design process, our skilled staff can also advise you about how to keep the construction cost down.

    CAD Design Specialist

    Amber graduated in 2004 with an Associate's Degree in Architectural Design. Over the past 10 years, she has been designing both residential and commercial spaces, focusing on creating homes that are functional and tailored to each family's lifestyle. Amber emphasizes the importance of a home that allows its inhabitants to live comfortably, drawing from personal experience with 24 moves, which have highlighted the frustration of living in a space that doesn't meet one's needs. Her goal is to design homes that not only make life easier but also complement the way her clients live. In other companies she has worked for, Amber was involved in 120 track house plans, Rexburg Motor Sports, Madison Ridge Chiropractic, Cedar Ridge Animal Hospital, Madison Surgery Center, and numerous church and school remodels. While running her own business, Amber designed many affordable and high-end homes, and remodeled the Old Rigby Bowling Alley into a Gym. That is where she met South Fork Design and has been there working for the company for 6 years. Over that time, she has designed over 200 plans ranging from shops, regular homes, high-end custom homes, to 8,000 sq. ft. nightly rentals. Amber has significantly advanced her engineering skills to ensure that these functional, amazing home designs are structurally strong and sound. She takes pride in what she does and makes sure that she is always trying to stay on top of the newest trends and products to help complete her clients' dream homes.

    CAD Design Specialist

    Brittany loves working with clients and making what they want to become a reality. She comes from a family that has been manufacturing timber building materials for over 70 years. She started out designing log homes. Since she began working for South Fork Design, she has really enjoyed making the transition into “Stick Frame Construction.” She loves spending time outdoors. Any time she can go camping or spend the day at the lake, that is where you will find her. Brittany is the oldest of 3, with 2 younger brothers. She is blessed to have many inspiring people in her life! She looks up to her grandparents most. They have been true examples of how one should treat others and how to be grateful for what you have. Brittany strives every day to show the same love of people and country that they have instilled within her.
