Growing up amidst the world of construction, he gained an intimate understanding of the challenges, requirements, and the immense sense of fulfillment that the field of construction design has to offer. Raymond's distinctive skillset, built upon a foundation of construction methods and engineering fundamentals, is highly regarded by builders and peers alike. He brings a unique perspective and expertise to the industry. In his role as the CEO of South Fork Design Group, Raymond wears multiple hats. He excels in team leadership, provides invaluable construction consulting, and brings his engineering acumen to ensure structural integrity. With a wealth of experience spanning over 16 years in the industry, Will's commitment to turning ideas into reality is a cornerstone of his career. Will's fascination with design and construction dates back to his childhood when his parents embarked on the ambitious project of building seven different homes in the local area. Being actively involved in every step, from the initial design phase to the construction, left an indelible mark on him and ignited his lifelong enthusiasm for the field. His journey continued through high school, where he first delved into drafting, and over the years, he honed his skills to become a CAD Design Specialist. For Will, the real joy lies in witnessing the transformation of a mere concept on paper into a fully realized home or business space, bringing the visions of clients to life. Beyond his professional endeavors, Will is a devoted family man. He shares his life with his wife, two children, a cat, and a lively aquarium filled with multiple fish.   Amber

  CAD Design Specialist

  Amber graduated in 2004 with an Associate's Degree in Architectural Design. Over the past 10 years, she has been designing both residential and commercial spaces, focusing on creating homes that are functional and tailored to each family's lifestyle. Amber emphasizes the importance of a home that allows its inhabitants to live comfortably, drawing from personal experience with 24 moves, which have highlighted the frustration of living in a space that doesn't meet one's needs. Her goal is to design homes that not only make life easier but also complement the way her clients live. In other companies she has worked for, Amber was involved in 120 track house plans, Rexburg Motor Sports, Madison Ridge Chiropractic, Cedar Ridge Animal Hospital, Madison Surgery Center, and numerous church and school remodels. While running her own business, Amber designed many affordable and high-end homes, and remodeled the Old Rigby Bowling Alley into a Gym. That is where she met South Fork Design and has been there working for the company for 6 years. Over that time, she has designed over 200 plans ranging from shops, regular homes, high-end custom homes, to 8,000 sq. ft. nightly rentals. Amber has significantly advanced her engineering skills to ensure that these functional, amazing home designs are structurally strong and sound. She takes pride in what she does and makes sure that she is always trying to stay on top of the newest trends and products to help complete her clients' dream homes.

  Brittany

  CAD Design Specialist

  Brittany loves working with clients and making what they want to become a reality. She comes from a family that has been manufacturing timber building materials for over 70 years. She started out designing log homes. Since she began working for South Fork Design, she has really enjoyed making the transition into “Stick Frame Construction.” She loves spending time outdoors. Any time she can go camping or spend the day at the lake, that is where you will find her. Brittany is the oldest of 3, with 2 younger brothers. She is blessed to have many inspiring people in her life! She looks up to her grandparents most. They have been true examples of how one should treat others and how to be grateful for what you have. Brittany strives every day to show the same love of people and country that they have instilled within her.

  Office Manager

  Melina has over 30 years of experience in the administrative arena. She is the one who answers the phone, directs calls to the appropriate staff, sends out contracts and invoices, and keeps all the projects and the office organized and coordinated. She loves working for South Fork Design because it’s a solid, growing, reputable firm. The people here are an absolute joy to work with. She really couldn’t work with a better team. She was born and raised in the area, so being a part of the community, and watching the growth and development and people create their customized living space means the world to her.

A few years ago, Kristy decided to embark on a new chapter in her career and enrolled in Architectural Technology. This life-changing decision has led her to South Fork Design, where she now has the privilege of custom designing dream house plans for clients from Southeast Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah. Her background in graphic design, coupled with her architectural training, makes her a valuable asset to the team. Outside of work, Kristy treasures the time spent with her husband, Ben, and their three children, Noah, Rowyn, and Kohl. Originally from Canada, she has called the Rexburg area home for nearly 18 years, and the community has become an integral part of her life. He eagerly disassembled it to create his own unique designs. As he matured, Tyson's ambition led him to construct larger and more intricate houses, and he realized his true calling was in architectural design. As he pursued his education at BYU-Idaho in Virtual Design and Construction, Tyson discovered that his chosen career path perfectly aligned with his passion. Prior to joining South Fork Design, he spent four years working in construction, gaining valuable field experience in the intricate process of home construction. This experience has provided him with invaluable insights into the practical aspects of building homes, enriching his approach to design.   Josh holds a bachelor's degree from BYU-Idaho in construction management, which he obtained after several years of experience in the construction industry, including home renovations and commercial buildings. During his time at BYU-Idaho, he took numerous design classes, discovering a deep enjoyment for the design process. This revelation led him to pursue a career in design. At South Fork Design, Josh appreciates the emphasis on putting the consumer first and ensuring the delivery of the highest quality products in the market. The team at South Fork Design possesses a wide array of skills that contribute to a smooth design process, turning dream homes into reality. Since joining South Fork Design, Josh has been involved in a variety of styles of homes, from cabins and lake houses to shops and starter homes.
